Every Noble Watch shipment is insured for its full value and dispatched via DHL Express or UPS Premium with full tracking. We ship to all European Union countries as well as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Delivery times (business days)
- Poland: 1–2 days
- Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia: 2–3 days
- Western Europe: 3–5 days
- Northern & Southern Europe: 4–7 days
Discreet packaging
All watches ship in unbranded outer packaging. The original manufacturer box, papers, and accessories are included inside.
Shipping Costs
Free insured shipping is included on all orders within the European Union. For Switzerland, Norway, and the UK, a flat fee of €45 covers premium courier service and full insurance.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return any watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, the timepiece must be unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging, certificates, links and accessories intact.
How to initiate a return
- Contact us at buissnestism@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send you a prepaid, insured return label
- Package the watch securely with all original items
- Drop the parcel at any DHL or UPS access point
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection
After-Sales Service
All watches sold include a manufacturer or boutique warranty. Should you require service, our team can arrange collection, dispatch to an authorised service centre, and return delivery — all fully insured.
